Faith based homeless and disaster relief

Our mission is to combat homelessness and poverty among Veterans and non-Veterans by providing a full range of supportive services to equip individuals and families with the tools needed to become self-sufficient, productive members of the community. We focus on making the maximum positive effort in our community.

IT IS THE MISSION OF TO EQUIP AND EMPOWER OUR COMMUNITY TO PREVENT AND END HOMELESSNESS THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, AND COORDINATION OF SERVICES

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED DIRECT SERVICES TO THE HOMELESS AND THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS IN MOBILE AND BALDWIN COUNTIES OF ALABAMA. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ADMINSITERED THE HMIS DATABASE, OPERATED THE COMMUNITY CONNECTION NETWORK, AND SERVED AS THE COLLABORATIVE APPLICANT FOR THE LOCAL AL-501 CONTINUUM OF CARE.

Work with homeless women and children to create hospitality in a safe and nurturing community. To encourage them to maintain dignity, to find hope, to seek oppurtunity, and to grow spiritually and acheive full potential.

To actively reach out to the homeless veterans in our community year-round. We specialize in a one-weekend-a-year community-based intervention event, in a safe and welcoming environment, where veterans receive meals, showers, clothing and personal hygiene items; medical and dental attention; spiritual advice; and learn about other life-improving services and opportunities that may be available through Federal, State, and Local agencies.
