MOCKINGBIRD COMPANY WILL INSURE THAT THE LITERARY SIGNIFICANCE AND THE HISTORICAL CONTRIBUTION MADE BY "TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD" IN ITS DRAMATIZATION OF THE EVOLUTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE SOUTH WILL CONTINUE TO BE EXPERIENCED BY EVERYONE IN PERPETUITY. MOCKINGBIRD COMPANY WILL CHARGE ADMISSION TO THE PERFORMANCES OF "TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD AND UTILIZE THE NET PROCEEDS FROM SUCH TICKET SALES TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT TO ALABAMA COMMUNITIES AS DESIGNATED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, WITH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO COMMUNITIES IN MONROE COUNTY, ALABAMA.
