The Incotporated CEAF as it is commonly referred exists for the sole puipose of improving the human condition through implementation support of various community programs. These programs generate funds for scholarships provide enrichment or financial support to the community irrespective of race religion or natural origin. CEAF was organized for charitable puiposes as determined by the Internal Revenue Service under exempt organizations as a 501c3.
